If you have not done so already, we recommend that you read the Gemini Bar Date Notice found here in its entirety. Web - If you are on the web interface, you can view your digital asset amounts loaned by clicking on Pending Redemptions in the Grow tab ( ) and then click each Pending Redemption to review the amounts. To locate the Pending Balances section, please see below for app and web instructions: Mobile App - If you are using the Gemini mobile app, you can view your digital asset amounts loaned from the Home tab by clicking the ⓘ icon next to “Pending Balances.” Please be sure to use the latest version of the Gemini mobile app. The current market value of the digital assets owed to you will no longer be reflected in your total portfolio balance. Upon filing the Master Claim with the Bankruptcy Court, Gemini will update your “pending balances” to display the Earn-related digital assets included in the Master Claim on your behalf, denominated in the digital asset(s) you are owed. The Master Claim will include a claim on your behalf for digital asset amounts loaned (located under Pending Balances), interest, loan fees, late fees, and new tokens, if any, owed to you as of January 19, 2023.By filing the Master Claim, Gemini is preserving your eligibility to recover through the Genesis bankruptcy proceeding. We also want to remind you that Gemini will be filing a master proof of claim (Master Claim) on behalf of all Earn users with respect to all loans made by Earn users to Genesis Global Capital, LLC and not repaid as of January 19, 2023. This is a reminder that the deadline remains May 22, 2023, at 4 pm ET. The Bar Date Order is a standard step in a bankruptcy proceeding that establishes a deadline for filing proofs of claims. As we informed you in our April 11, 2023, email, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York entered a Bar Date Order in the Genesis bankruptcy proceeding. This is an important reminder regarding the Genesis bankruptcy proceedings and the ongoing efforts to find a resolution for Earn users to recover their assets. ![]()
